I used to be a vegetarian but my mom made me stop because she said it was unhealthy. im considering doing it again, but i want to research on it first. Well,my sis is a vegetarian and she is always eating these types of food that are made out of soy, for ex. corn dogs,”chicken” fingers exc,you can find them at your local grocerie store

It’s not unhealthy, but it will be extra shopping and extra work for your parents. Just google vegetarian, or vegetarian nutrition and do some research.

Most people aren’t vegan from birth. They might want to veganise traditionally non-vegan meals. There’s nothing wrong with that.

A lot of vegan recipes do actually call for a non-dairy milk or egg replacer.
