Answer by Danielle ™ My friend is one so I know somewhat about it. For starting off, try to stop eating meat, in moderation, more and more each week. They don’t eat meat and most don’t eat seafood, since it comes from fish. Try to picture your food as an innocent baby animal and remember not to eat it. I believe it would be hard. I’ve considered it but never went through with it. Try eating a lot of pasta and salad in place of it. Also, try vegetarian meats, ect. Hope I helped!
